As we are all traveling further and more frequent there will probably come a time when you'll have to fly somewhere, be it for holidays or for business.
As airlines are requiring passengers to check-in far earlier than they used to, and the inevitable flight delays that happen, you may find yourself in an airport terminal for longer than you expected. With a lot of short-haul flights not offering gluten-free snacks do you take a chance in what can you eat that's gluten-free in the terminal? Do you risk making yourself ill on the first day of your holiday?

Why
GlutenAirports.Com was created from the experiences of the webmaster, Phil Kerr, when I was traveling all over Europe for work. It was a pain getting to an airport to catch an early morning flight and not knowing if I could have a snack or hot meal.
